- Bourbon60 ml
- Egg white20 ml

Whiskey, lemon and sweetness in near-perfect balance.
Shake bourbon, lemon and syrup with ice. For a silky version add egg white and dry shake first.
Scores run from 0.5 to 12.5 in half-point steps, because ten was apparently too emotionally stable.

Orange peel absolutely matters here. Skipping it made the whole thing feel unfinished.
