Tall, fizzy and lemony. Gin dressed for warm weather.

What you'll need
- Gin45 ml
- Lemon juice30 ml
- Simple syrup15 ml
- Soda waterTop
Make it
Shake gin, lemon juice and syrup with ice. Strain into an ice-filled highball and top with soda.
