Fresh mint, lime and rum with a fizzy finish.

- Lime juice25 ml
- Mint8 leaves
- Simple syrup15 ml
- Soda waterTop
- White rum50 ml
Make it
Gently muddle mint with lime juice and syrup. Add rum and ice, top with soda and stir.
