Long Island Iced Tea
Several clear spirits wearing cola as a fake moustache. Approach with adult supervision, ideally your own.
What you'll need
- ColaTop
- Gin15 ml
- Lemon juice25 ml
- Simple syrup10 ml
- Tequila15 ml
- Triple sec15 ml
- Vodka15 ml
- White rum15 ml
Make it
Shake spirits, triple sec, lemon and syrup with ice. Strain into an ice-filled highball and top with cola.

Really liked how crisp this came out. I used a fairly dry gin and it kept the whole thing sharp.
