Irish Coffee
Hot coffee, Irish whiskey and cream. Dessert wearing office clothes.
What you'll need
- Cream30 ml
- Espresso90 ml
- Irish whiskey45 ml
- Simple syrup10 ml
Make it
Stir whiskey and syrup into hot espresso or strong coffee. Float lightly whipped cream over the back of a spoon.

Orange peel absolutely matters here. Skipping it made the whole thing feel unfinished.
