Hugo Spritz
Mint, lime and bubbles with a fragrant, garden-party sort of energy.

What you'll need
- Lime juice15 ml
- Mint6 leaves
- Prosecco90 ml
- Simple syrup15 ml
- Soda water30 ml
Make it
Gently clap mint, add to an ice-filled wine glass with lime, syrup and Prosecco. Top with soda.
