I used a darker rum than the recipe called for and it pushed it into dessert territory in a good way. This one definitely earned a place in my favourites.

Island Passionfruit Shake
A Happy Hour house recipe pairing white rum with passionfruit juice, honey syrup, lime juice.

- Honey syrup15 ml
- Lime juice15 ml
- Passionfruit juice25 ml
- White rum45 ml
Make it
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled coupe or over fresh ice.
