Really liked how crisp this came out. I used a fairly dry gin and it kept the whole thing sharp. I can see this being very good for a small party.

- Lime juice25 ml
- Simple syrup15 ml
Make it
Shake gin, lime and syrup with ice. Fine strain into a chilled coupe.
