Gin, lemon and bubbles with the manners of a champagne cocktail and the intentions of something stronger.
Bubbly
What you'll need
- Champagne60 ml
- Gin30 ml
- Lemon juice15 ml
- Simple syrup10 ml
Make it
Shake gin, lemon and syrup with ice. Strain into a flute and top gently with Champagne.
