Dry Martini
Cold, crisp and minimalist. Mostly gin, because subtlety has limits.

What you'll need
- Dry vermouth10 ml
- Gin60 ml
- Orange bitters (optional)1 dash
Make it
Stir gin and dry vermouth with plenty of ice until very cold. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
