- Lime juice30 ml
- Simple syrup15 ml
- White rum60 ml
Make it
Shake rum, lime juice and simple syrup hard with ice. Fine strain into a chilled coupe.

I used a darker rum than the recipe called for and it pushed it into dessert territory in a good way. Next time I might make two and save myself the return trip.
