Amaretto Sour
Nutty, sweet and sharpened with lemon.

What you'll need
- Amaretto50 ml
- Lemon juice30 ml
- Simple syrup10 ml
- Egg white (optional)15 ml
Make it
Shake amaretto, lemon juice, syrup and egg white without ice, then shake again with ice. Strain over ice.
